Job SummaryAs the PPC Manager at Creative Chaos, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our Pay-Per-Click advertising strategy across various platforms.Your role will involve ensuring maximum ROI on our PPC campaigns and driving targeted traffic to our digital assets.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platformsConduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for services we offerCreate and manage ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign structure to maximize lead generationMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve ROIUse A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to optimize conversion rates and reduce cost-per-click (CPC)Manage bid strategies and budgets to ensure campaigns remain within target KPIsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in PPC and SEMCollaborate with the content, design and development teams to align ad strategies with overall business goalsProvide insights and recommendations on new platforms or strategies to expand reachRegularly communicate with stakeholders regarding campaign performance and improvement plansRequirementsExperience:8+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / SEM campaign management, with a strong focus on B2B servicesIndustry Knowledge:Prior experience in marketing Accounting or Bookkeeping services to the US market will be a plusTools Expertise:Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant PPC toolsAnalytical Skills:Strong ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metricsCommunication:Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report to senior managementContract:Available for a contractual role, working 4 hours per day remotelyCertifications:Google Ads certification and other relevant SEM certifications are a must#J-*****-Ljbffr
