Eurobiodid, una lunga storia nella diagnostica, sempre con passione e determinazione, al fianco dei nostri clienti.Oggi, con il Gruppo Eurobio Scientific, guida l'innovazione nei campi delle malattie infettive, dei trapianti e dell'oncologia sviluppando un portafoglio completo di tecnologie.Descrizione del RuoloCerchiamo un Field Service Engineer da inserire nel nostro team di assistenza tecnica, riportando direttamente al Product Manager.Il candidato ideale avrà il compito di garantire l'efficienza e la sicurezza delle tecnologie mediche installate presso i clienti.Attività PrincipaliInstallazione, manutenzione preventiva, aggiornamento e riparazione di strumenti da laboratorio.Esecuzione di collaudi e verifiche di sicurezza elettrica sugli strumenti.Interventi di manutenzione correttiva su piattaforme robotiche avanzate, incluse operazioni di troubleshooting e risoluzione di problematiche complesse.Interfacciamento della strumentazione con gestionali ospedalieri e supporto tecnico per la loro integrazione.Applicazione rigorosa delle procedure tecniche dei fornitori e delle normative di sicurezza vigenti.Redazione di report tecnici post-intervento e gestione della documentazione di assistenza, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di qualità.Supporto tecnico e formazione di base al personale sanitario sull'utilizzo corretto dei macchinari.Formazione: Laurea oppure Diploma tecnico di alta specializzazione o corsi post-diploma (es. tecnico verificatore di apparecchi elettromedicali).Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza nel collaudo, manutenzione e riparazione di sistemi elettromedicali.E' gradita esperienza in microscopia, ottica, laser o ambiti simili.Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, fondamentale per il conseguimento di certificazioni tecniche internazionali e interfacciamento con i fornitori.Informatica: Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, competenza nella lettura e comprensione di linguaggi di programmazione e scripting per il troubleshooting e la configurazione di sistemi automatizzati e robotici.Mobilità: Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti su tutto il territorio nazionale (oltre l'80% del tempo).Sede di lavoro: Milano, con attività sul territorio.Spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team.Elevata flessibilità e capacità di adattamento agli spostamenti e alle diverse esigenze operative.Capacità di problem solving in contesti critici (laboratori urgenze/ospedali), con attenzione alla risoluzione rapida di problemi tecnici.Ottime doti comunicative e orientamento al cliente, con attenzione alla formazione del personale e al miglioramento dell'esperienza del cliente.#J-*****-Ljbffr
