Co-Founder (Equity-based, results-driven).What You Will DoOperations InfrastructureDesign and implement SOPs for vehicle handoff, trip execution, and asset return.Build high-stakes quality control systems: inspections, photo-documentation, and incident protocols.Create real-time operations monitoring and performance frameworks.Develop crisis response playbooks (SLAs: 15 min / 2 hour / 24 hour).Build the driver certification program: safety, Asset Care (handling high-value vehicles), and service ethics.Design driver assessment and automated quality scoring systems.Create "City Launcher" training modules for rapid market expansion.3. Scalable GrowthBuild a driver hiring and vetting pipeline that scales without human bottleneck.Design and execute the "Market Launch Playbook."Establish partner onboarding processes (venues, B2B fleets, and auto-dealers).Define and track the North Star operational KPIs.4.
