OverviewStellantis is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission: to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions.Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.We are looking for a Junior Core Quality Engineer – Propulsion Systems.This is a great opportunity to grow your technical and problem-solving skills in an international environment while working side-by-side with experienced engineers, liaising with global teams and cutting-edge propulsion technologies.ResponsibilitiesIn this junior role, you will support the team in:Ensuring the deployment of productQuality standardsfor engines under development and in production.Contributing todesign-related quality activities, from early development to end of production.Supporting global teams in improvingpropulsion systems processesrelated to engines.Assisting indesign assessmentsand in tracking quality KPIs across regions and programs.Helping analyze propulsion system interactions to drivecontinuous quality improvement.Participating in engineering analysis to support resolution offield concerns.Supporting issue management (ALTIS/PLM/GIMs) and follow-up of corrective actions.Collaborating withCustomer Experienceteams on warranty topics and emerging issues.Reviewing engineering repair and service procedures with guidance from senior engineers.Preparing materials for internal meetings and contributing toproject reporting.QualificationsMaster degree inMechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering.Strong interest in propulsion systems, engines and product quality.Basic knowledge ofquality tools(problem solving, design reviews, continuous improvement).Good analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex technical topics.Ability to stay organized, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Good communication skills, team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Good knowledge ofEnglish; additional languages are a plus.Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin or similar methodologies (university projects or internships).Previous internship or project work in automotive, propulsion, or quality engineering.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.Diverse teams, will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.#J-*****-Ljbffr
