SFTP, etc.).Support testing, training, and deployment of EDI solutions and enhancements.EDI Operations & OptimizationMonitor EDI transactions and proactively resolve errors and failures.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for EDI-related issues.Optimize EDI performance and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain documentation of EDI processes, mappings, and partner configurations.Understanding of partner onboarding and EDI configuration.Stakeholder CollaborationStrongly collaborate and coordinate external EDI providers integrated with our company, based on business and projects priorities.Work closely with business users, IT teams, and other external consultants.Provide functional support and guidance during project phases and daily operations.Ensure clear communication and alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Main requirementsDegree in Engineering (Information) or Computer ScienceAt least 5/6 years of experience in EDI analysis and implementation, preferably in an SAP-integrated environment.Strong knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML; JSON; OPTOCOOP) and communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, VAN).Experience with SAP SD/LE modules and integration with EDI flows.Familiarity with middleware or EDI platforms, preferably SAP PI/POExperience with EDI mapping and transformation toolsKnowledge of data validation and error handling processesExperience with monitoring and logging tools for EDI flowsKnowledge of ABAP or other scripting languages is a plus.Familiarity with SAP AFS is an advantage.Experience in international projects involving EDI integration.Willingness to travel occasionally (in Italy and abroad) so e nglish has to be fluent ( French is a plus).What's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.Each career adventure is unique, but have a glimpse of the benefits and perks you can have by choosing us.1.
