Product Owner @ xFarm Technologies Our Mission: At xFarm Technologies we aim to drive the digital transformation of agriculture , improving the lives of millions of farmers while boosting environmental, economic, and social sustainability.We do this by developing digital tools and consulting projects, creating a true Smart Farming ecosystem : apps, sensors, software integrations, and advanced analytics tools.Today, our products are used by over 450,000 farms in Europe and South America, covering more than 8 million hectares .Now it's time to accelerate ... and we need YOU We are looking for a superhero , a brilliant and passionate talent as a digital Product Owner , with the aim of supporting our product's fast growth in all countries we operate.This is a role designed for professionals with solid product experience who want to take ownership of a growing product area , combining technical integrations with market impact .Your Mission : Work in one of our vertical Tribes , focused on third parties services, in an Agile framework , being involved in the creation of new features and services and managing its growth and quality.Define and translate business objectives into development requirements, ensuring requirements are fully understood by the Tech team , collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in the conception and design of new functions .Write awesome requirements; Break down all the inputs to fit a strategy and product roadmap , combining wild ambition with rationality and pragmatism, aligning all stakeholders in executing the vision, Evaluate and analyze external APIs for compatibility with the product, ensuring they meet technical requirements and add value to users, particularly in the context of data exchange with agricultural machinery and related services.Lead the integration of third-party systems and services through APIs, ensuring that external data and functionalities (e.g., agriculture machinery, weather data providers, DSS providers, etc.) seamlessly enhance the product's core capabilities.Establish and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other industry partners to ensure seamless integration into the platform The ideal candidate possesses: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in digital product , with focus on third parties integrations, API analysis, and agriculture machinery.Knowledge of Agile methodologies , including Scrum, to effectively manage development sprints.Familiarity with product management and development tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence ).Willing to join an Ag-Tech environment and learn about agriculture.Tech and digital knowledge , know how in delivering product features in alignment with the product strategy.Ability to exhibit and manage meetings with interested parties, with confident presentation and storytelling skills .Predisposition to problem-solving, independence , and ability to self-organize the working day; Good knowledge of the English language (B2-C1) Opportunities: Work in a super innovative, young, smart, digital, fast, and efficient environment ; Express yourself and your skills having the opportunity and the responsibility of doing an amazing job ; Accelerate your professional growth; Represents a plus the knowledge of: AgTech industry; Wireframe tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc).Atlassian ecosystem and work organization tools (Notion); Other languages, especially Spanish and Portuguese .Complete the profile: Flexibility Problem-solving Teamwork Attention to details Effective management of time and priorities i Other Information: xFarm Technologies is a company that is committed to create a work environment where diversity and inclusiveness are critical to the well-being and growth of all employees ; The work mode is blended (office, smart working, possible travel; but not full-remote).We are Milan based ; Team building retreats and MacBook Pro are provided.If you're ready to revolutionize agriculture with us, apply now and become part of the xFarm Technologies journey
