Customer & Sales Support Specialist Export (f/m/d) Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Unternehmens suchen wir derzeit dich als neues Teammitglied, um unser dynamisches Team International Customer & Sales Support Export zu verstärken.DEINE AUFGABEN Betreuung internationaler Kunden Gesamtverantwortung für den Order-to-Cash-Prozess (von der Auftragsbearbeitung über Fakturierung bis hin zum Reklamationsmanagement) Erstellung von Zollunterlagen Durchführung administrativer Vertriebsaufgaben (z. B. Marktgängigkeit, Reports) Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen und aktive Mitarbeit an Optimierungen, um Best-in-Class zu werden Überwachung und Optimierung relevanter operativer Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik, Marketing, Finanzabteilung sowie Produktionsplanung DEIN PROFIL 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung Begeisterung für multikulturelle Umfelder und gutes Prozessverständnis Selbstständig, proaktiv, strukturiert und teamorientiert mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich, auch in formaler Kommunikation); Deutsch und/oder Italienisch sind ein Plus UNSER ANGEBOT Ein internationales Unternehmen, das Verantwortung für Mensch und Umwelt übernimmt Die Möglichkeit, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten und tiefgehende Einblicke in verschiedene Märkte zu gewinnen Trainings- und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten über die Loacker Academy Individuelles Onboarding-Programm Betriebskantine Location: Bozen/Bolzano
