Founded in **** by a Colombian designer Edgardo Osorio, AQUAZZURA is a luxury footwear brand based in Florence.Striking the perfect balance between modern designs and impeccable craftsmanship, AQUAZZURA's elegant, timeless styles for women of all ages are crafted with attention to detail and a focus on wearability.In the past nine years, AQUAZZURA has become available in over 58 countries within the top retailers of the world with boutiques in Florence, Milan, Paris, London, New York, Miami, Doha, Dubai, São Paulo, Capri.PosizioneWe are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Design team and support throughout the entire footwear collection development process.The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical skills, and a strong background in luxury footwear design, contributing to concept development, research, design execution, and collection follow-through.Main ActivitiesSupport the product design process for footwear collections, including market research, concept development, sketching, spec sheets, and fittingsConduct in-depth research on global trends, materials, leathers, fabrics, colors, and construction techniquesCreate and develop mood boards and concept presentationsProduce technical drawings and fashion illustrationsParticipate in fittings and product reviews, ensuring design intent, fit, and qualityVisit and liaise with suppliers and factoriesOrganize, archive, and manage design materials and referencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across design and productionRequisitiMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury women shoe brandStrong ability to conceptualize and develop a footwear line, aligned with brand identityGood knowledge of footwear construction, fit, silhouettes, materials, colorways, stitching techniques, leathers, and trimsExcellent illustration and technical drawing skillsStrong research mindset with the ability to translate insights into design conceptsHigh attention to detail combined with a refined sense of modern aesthetics and precisionProactive, resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in Italian; good knowledge of English is a plusEducationDegree in Fashion Design#J-*****-Ljbffr
