Clinical Duties: Managing preliminary consultations, conducting intake examinations, assessing medical histories, and prescribing tailored wellness protocols.? Holistic Guest Management: Ensuring a comprehensive, high-touch experience for every guest.? Ongoing Care: Monitoring guests throughout their stay through regular medical check-ups.? Relationship Building: Acting as a trusted advisor through empathetic engagement and active listening.? Reporting: Collaborating directly with the Head Doctor and the Medical Director.Requirements ? Medical Degree: Degree in Medicine.A background in a Wellness Medical Spa is preferred but not strictly required.? Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; command of additional foreign languages is highly valued.? Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage unexpected events.? Guest Journey Ownership: Proven ability to oversee the entire guest lifecycle with clinical precision.? Communication skills and a deep sense of empathy.Compensation & Benefits ?
