All'interno dell'Area Sviluppo Internazionale e, in particolare, per il nostro ufficio International Education siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa junior da inserire in stage a supporto del team.per la gestione delle partnership con Istituzioni ed Enti esteri, cura dei servizi di accoglienza di studenti internazionali, processi di admission degli studenti internazionali.Principali attivitàLa risorsa si occuperà di supportare i colleghi dell'ufficio nelle seguenti attività:gestione delle domande di iscrizione (verifica delle anagrafiche degli studenti, controllo delle pratiche, controllo dei pagamenti);cura delle comunicazioni con i candidati;organizzazione e aggiornamento del sito;gestione delle campagne e-mail e comunicazioni tramite chatbot;archiviazione digitale della documentazione degli studenti sui vari portali dedicati;organizzazione eventi/colloqui coordinati con docenti per la selezione dei candidati.Requisiti richiestiLaurea in materie Umanistiche/Linguistiche;Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (min. liv. B2);Spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative;Ottime capacità organizzative;Buona propensione al lavoro di squadra.Sede:Milano.Offerta:stage extracurriculare di 6 mesi (previsto rimborso spese).
