toward our vision of zero loss of lives, no injuries, or damages caused by fire and gas?About The RoleAutronica is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the company's Fire and Security solutions across Europe and Southern Europe in particular.This role combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to business development.You will engage directly with clients, EPCs, system integrators, MEP, and other industrial contractors, driving project wins and expanding Autronica's presence in the region and globally.The role covers FPSO, LNG, Clean Energy, and conventional energy projects, as well as emerging markets such as Renewables.Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will work closely with global teams to ensure strategic alignment, sustainable growth, market leadership and ensure Autronica's solutions continue to protect assets, people, and operations across the energy sector.Preferred location for the role is Milan, Italy.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Market LeadershipIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with end users, EPCs, system integrators, MEP, and industrial contractors as well as explore new applications for our solutions in emerging energy markets.Build and maintain strong relationships to expand market penetration and reinforce Autronica's reputation.Sales & Account ManagementLead and manage regional key accounts and supporting cross-regional growth.Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain strong margins, and propose comprehensive fire and gas detection solutions.Collaboration & Global AlignmentPartner with global teams and across functions to engage EPCs, MEPs, engineering firms, and stakeholders and to leverage best practices and market intelligence.Market Development & Strategy ExecutionDevelop and execute the regional market plan, including strategy and marketing, and provide market insights to influence product development and business strategy.Act as a trusted advisor and build alliances with third-party partners to strengthen market growth.Develop partnerships with end-users, distributors, and industry influencers and ensure Autronica's inclusion on Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs) and organize events with distributors.Commercial ExcellenceLead preparation of major bids, ensure compliance with pricing and approvals, and maximize profitability.Manage sales KPIs, pipeline, reporting, and bid preparation using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Compliance & ValuesEnsure adherence to Autronica's ethics, EHS requirements, and company policies.Foster teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Electrical, Automation, Controls or relevant).Diversified sales experience in technology-driven industries.Solid experience in selling safety, automation, or related solutions to EPCs, MEP/contractors, system integrators, or end customers in the energy sector.Established regional network and extensive regional market knowledge.Proven track record of achieving business and financial goals.Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.What We OfferAn exciting and challenging
