Cavotec is a leading engineering company with 50 years of heritage in innovation, designing and delivering advanced connection and electrification solutions that drive the decarbonisation of ports and industrial applications.With five decades of experience, our systems ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations for a diverse range of customers and applications worldwide.Summary : This candidate will manage customer and internal claims, being the link between the Customer and the Operations departments and managing Quality Assurance and Quality topics.Responsibilities Manage and handle Customers Quality issues leading the problem solving process and releasing reports (8D Report, A3 Report, Chicago, 5 Why, etc), by coordinating the team during root cause analysis, definition and implementation of corrective actions, until the effectiveness verification and the closure.Manage the link between Customer and Operations departments by improving the Quality Assurance and internal processes with team.Monitor and report KPI and provide regular trend analysis.Qualifications High school diploma with a technical specialization or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing EngineeringPrevious 2-3 years of experience in Quality Department and in Claims managementGood knowledge of mechanical drawingExperience working with SuppliersKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeProcess improvement and Quality AssuranceStatistical knowledgeEnglish and Italian language is mandatoryProblem solving skillsDriving for results and measurements capabilityCandidates not in line with the requirements will not be considered.Please attach your updated CV in English to your application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
