Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your roleWe are looking for a Technical Quality Transformation Expert, who will be responsible for coordinating technical and product quality projects, to improve excellence, based on data driver and trend analysis from the market. The role translates market quality drivers and technical field feedback into structured actions for R&D, Product Development, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain teams. This position supports technical transformation initiatives, contributing to defect reduction, product robustness improvement, and the harmonization of global technical standards.Main responsibilitiesAct as the technical reference for product quality within the assigned clusterLead product quality improvement initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from field insight to engineering solutionPerform root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable technical recommendationsAnalyze field and post-market data to identify quality drivers and failure patternsContribute to technical specifications, standards, guidelines and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with engineering teams, markets, industrial partners and global stakeholdersDrive reduction of field defects, improvement of product robustness and field quality KPIsMain requirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in EngineeringExperience in technical quality, product development or process engineeringStrong knowledge of product design, materials and manufacturing processesSolid problem-solving and data analysis skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional, global environmentsClear communication skills and a structured, improvement-driven mindsetWhat's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
