At Exein, our mission is to build the world's first ecosystem for Io T device security, ensuring all types of devices are secure globally.Our dynamic team is passionate about data, machine learning, open source, and firmware.Our unique products empower developers to secure their Io T devices with cutting-edge technology in an easy and frictionless way.As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across multiple functions.You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving business needs, shape hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.This role requires a proactive, highly organized recruiter with strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive amid constant change and competing priorities.You will be a trusted advisor to the business and a key driver of talent acquisition excellence in our scale-up journey.Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, mainly in tech, sales, marketing and operations' field.Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with rapidly evolving business priorities.Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and targeted outreach in deep-tech and cybersecurity communities.Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing clear communication, structured processes, and timely feedback throughout all recruitment stages.Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting frameworks, analytics, and employer branding initiatives to support the company's growth at scale.Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in high-growth environments, with a strong track record hiring for deep-tech roles; Solid understanding of complex technical domains (software engineering, security, cloud, data, etc.) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, speed, and attention to detail.Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling organization, bringing structure and strategic thinking to the recruitment function.High Impact: Play a strategic role in shaping the talent engine of a rapidly scaling deep-tech company.Fast Growth: Join a company in hyper-growth, offering continuous learning, development, and accelerated career progression.Rome, Piazzale Flaminio 19 - Hybrid (3 days a week)
