Position SummaryWe're looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Content Creator with a flair for storytelling and strong project management skills.You'll be hands-on with content creation — from ideation to delivery — while also managing briefs, timelines, and client relationships.This role will be based on-site at our client's office in Rome, working closely with their internal marketing team and global stakeholders.If you love creating thumb-stopping content, know your way around social trends, and can balance creativity with organization, this is the role for you.Supplying a portfolio (including social videos you have created) is a mandatory requirement when applying for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate fresh, engaging — from concept to delivery — across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (video, photo, copy)Plan and manage content calendars in line with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural momentsShoot and edit agile, trend-led content such as DIY, ASMR, recipes, or viral momentsPartners with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to co-create standout social campaignsMonitor emerging trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep brands ahead of the curveMaintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all channelsBuild and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a reliable and creative point of contactManage briefs efficiently — prioritizing tasks, balancing workloads, and ensuring timely delivery of top-quality assetsUse project management tools to organize, track, and report on deliverables andli>Skills & Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience creating content, ideally for consumer brands or in the FMCG sectorProven track record in client-facing roles, managing projects from brief to final deliverySkilled in short-form video creation and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Canva, etc.)Strong understanding of social culture, trends, and storytelling formats (especially Instagram Reels and TikTok)Excellent creative eye for design, composition, and brand storytellingComfortable working within brand guidelines while adapting tone and visuals to each platformSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience using project management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Monday, Trello) is appreciatedSkills in photography, animation, or motion graphics are appreciatedWhat We're Looking ForA content-first thinker who lives and breathes socialA storyteller with a sense of humor, timing, and trend fluencySomeone who understands the FMCG world and knows how to make brands feel human onlineA self-starter who can ideate, execute, and iterate quicklySomeone with strong organisational skills confident in managing their own workloadSomeone willing to travel to events within Italy with the Unilever teamAbout usMcCann Worldgroup is a global marketing company where creativity is at the center and professionals, present in over 100 countries, are united by a common mission: "We help brands play a meaningful role in people's lives".We offer specific competences integrated around clients needs as:Advertising & marketingIn house studioIntegrated productionsBranding & designPR & influenceAddressableMedia strategy & buyingExperience & ShopperSocial content & activations#J-*****-Ljbffr
