All'interno della Direzione Tecnica Motore, nel reparto Engine Testing, la risorsa oggetto della ricerca si occuperà dello sviluppo sperimentale dei progetti motore assegnati, seguendo il montaggio/smontaggio dei motori di sviluppo e lo svolgimento dei test in sala prova.In particolare, avrà le seguenti responsabilità, condivise con l'ingegnere motorista Senior di riferimento:coadiuvare i montaggi dei motori sperimentali, definendo in accordo con i responsabili i componenti in prova e le misure da eseguire; sovraintendere agli smontaggi dei motori sperimentali e definire i controlli sui componenti più significativi dopo test di affidabilità; sovraintendere ai test di affidabilità e durata ed alle attività al banco di definizione del motore; post-elaborare i dati raccolti durante la campagna di test e organizzarli in relazioni tecniche; sviluppare tool\ \metodologie per migliorare evelocizzare l'analisi dati; redigerela documentazione tecnica e la reportistica relativa al progetto; rapportarsi con i fornitori e con gli altri enti R&D relativamente alle attività sperimentali o agli esiti della sperimentazione svolti durante lo sviluppo del motore; coordinare le attività degli operatori di reparto coinvolti per lo svolgimento dei montaggi e dei test.Si richiede:Preferibilmente Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Meccanica conseguita con ottima votazione; ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta; buona preparazione sulla meccanica specialmente relativa al motore; gradita la conoscenza dei veicoli/motori; conoscenza delle tecniche sperimentali ed esperienza minima nell'ambito della sperimentazione motore; conoscenza di tool di calcolo e simulazione (Excel, Matlab, Python); spirito di iniziativa, capacità di analisi critica e problem solving; ottime dotirelazionali, di soft skills e attitudine al lavoro in team.Costituisce titolo preferenziale, la conoscenza dell'ambiente software di cella e dei sistemi di acquisizione.
