Warranty Project Manager (F/M/D)Join to apply for theWarranty Project Manager (F/M/D)role atHitachi Energyin the Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service business in Europe (HBUEU).Inclusion drives our culture of innovation and collaboration.Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility.Your RoleManage multiple projects under the Warranty Period where you will be the main point of contact for the customer, internal and external stakeholders.How You'll Make An ImpactProject Transition and Management: Ensure and oversee the smooth transition of projects from execution to warranty phase, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and pending items are identified and managed.Issue Resolution: Organise and resolve outstanding items, identify new issues during warranty phase, and develop action plans.Ensure adherence to company health, safety, and environmental policies.Customer Relations: Act as key contact for customers, troubleshoot warranty issues, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships providing timely updates and solutions.Leadership and Coordination: Investigate faults, coordinate site activities, and resolve quality issues with engineering teams and suppliers.Lead project team, allocate tasks, and motivate internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks.Ensure consistent reporting through project reviews with management team.Lessons Learned and Project Closure: Capture and share lessons learned, ensure contract close-out and drive formal final acceptance as contractually agreed.Contract and Claims Management: Ensure consistent application of contract and claims management in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements.Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to enforce supplier warranties and mitigate cost impacts.Additional Opportunity in Project Management: According to planned workload and in addition to the main activity as Warranty Project Manager, there is the opportunity to lead small/medium-sized projects as Project Manager during the Execution Phase.Your BackgroundBachelor's/Master's degree in an engineering field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium size Projects during Warranty Period within multinational EPC environments, with proven experience working on construction sites; previous experience in Electrical System industry (T&D or Power Generation) and familiarity with Italian utilities (Terna/Enel/Edison) is a plus; experience managing projects under different contractual models both in Italian public and private sector (i.e. FIDIC, Codice dei Contratti Pubblici).Fluent in English; mother tongue Italian.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and Microsoft Project.Proactive and highly organised, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel nationally & internationally, as needed (average 25%).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.More About UsWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.Wide Range Of BenefitsHealth insurancePension fundWelfareSmart workingFlexible working hoursLunch ticket or canteenHitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with digital at the core.Over three billion people depend on our technologies to power their daily lives.With over a century in pioneering mission-critical technologies like high-voltage, transformers, automation, and power electronics, we are addressing the most urgent energy challenge of our time – balancing soaring electricity demand, while decarbonising the power system.Headquartered in Switzerland, we employ over 50,000 people in 60 countries and generate revenues of around $16 billion USD.We welcome you to apply today.#J-*****-Ljbffr
