OPPO is a global pioneer in technology innovation, providing cutting-edge devices and services.The company, registered in **** and incorporated in ****, operates in more than 40 countries with over 400,000 sales outlets worldwide.TikTok LIVE Operator | Milan, ItalyOPPO's exclusive authorised distributor in Italy seeks a creative and results-driven TikTok LIVE Operator to join our Milan headquarters.In this role you will take full ownership of OPPO Italy's TikTok operations—from live streaming and short-video content planning to traffic management, host training and data analysis.ResponsibilitiesLive Streaming Planning & ExecutionManage daily operations of the TikTok live channel, including script writing, process design, sales policies, talking points and field control.Plan and execute live events such as product launches, seasonal campaigns and influencer collaborations to boost engagement and conversion.Traffic Acquisition & AdvertisingBuild and manage TikTok advertising accounts, handling audience targeting, bidding strategy and budget allocation to ensure accurate traffic and cost efficiency.Short Video OperationsLead creative direction and optimisation of short-form video materials.Collaborate with the editing team to produce high-conversion content and test multiple creative models to drive traffic to live streams.Team Management & Capability DevelopmentReview host performance, optimise live scripts and provide regular coaching and training to enhance hosting skills and live performance.Data Review & OptimizationMonitor real-time live data (e.g., online viewers, GPM, UV value, watch time) and conduct in-depth post-live analysis.Quickly adjust live strategies, talking points and ad plans based on data insights to continuously improve GMV results.RequirementsLanguage Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English for daily communication; proficiency in Italian is a plus.Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce or live-stream operations, with a proven track record in TikTok operations in the US, SEA or European markets preferred.Technical Skills: Familiarity with TikTok Creator Center and TikTok Shop backend systems; basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut and Premiere.Please send your CV to with the subject line "TikTok LIVE Operator – Milan".Notice of processing of personal dataIn our capacity as Data Controller we process the personal data you submit during the recruitment process in accordance with the GDPR.Your data will be used exclusively to assess your application and to manage the recruitment process.We retain your data only for the time necessary to complete the recruitment process, ensuring appropriate security measures.You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability by contacting us at .Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesTelecommunications and Wholesale#J-*****-Ljbffr
