Per un'azienda nostra cliente, leader nel settore della Ventilazione Industriale, ricerchiamo un R&D MANAGER .La risorsa, inserita all'interno del Dipartimento Ricerca & Sviluppo e riportando direttamente al Responsabile R&D, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Eseguire test (aeraulici, aerodinamici, rumore, vibrazioni, carichi) in galleria del vento, nell'ambito dello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti.Gestire e analizzare i dati derivanti dai test, curandone la relativa reportistica.Seguire l'industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti, con eventuali trasferte presso i clienti.Ricercare e valutare nuove materie prime e fornitori.Supportare la gestione e il miglioramento della galleria del vento.Completano il profilo i seguenti requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Aerospaziale e/o Meccanica.Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo.Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di risorse.Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team, interfacciandosi in modo trasversale con i diversi reparti aziendali.Flessibilità, proattività e disponibilità, unite a ottime capacità analitiche, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta.Sede di lavoro: Varese Società di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.Aut.Min.N. ******* del 26 Aprile **** KeyPartners Italy S.R.L. tratta i dati dei soggetti interessati nel rispetto della normativa sulla privacy.Si invitano gli interessati – prima di fornire propri dati personali – a consultare l'Informativa sulla privacy ex art. 13 e 14 GDPR
