Department: Maintenance Control CenterLocation: Verona VillafrancaMain duties:Monitoring in real time aircraft defect and coordination of technical assistance;Managing of aircraft deferred defects (MELs);Assistance to crew and technicians in case of technical defects and AOGs;Managing of aircraft spare parts order and shipping during an AOG;Day by day managing and monitoring of aircraft planned inspections;Creation of a weekly plan of aircraft rotation to meet all requirement of aircraft inspections;Keep constantly informed the CAMO structure regarding the airworthiness status of the fleet;Work in conjunction with OCC (Operations Control Center) to minimize technical delays.Requirements:Proficient in MS Office package, IT competentGeneral knowledge of an aircraft structure & system and applicable documentationProficient in verbal and written communication (Italian and English languages, Aviation technical language)Previous experience in a CAMO (or MRO) Organization preferred but not mandatoryAdditional or advantageous skills:Knowledge of SAP SoftwarePrevious experience on EMB190 and/or A320 aircraft and/or similar jet airlinersPrevious experience of working on shiftsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels within a teamAbility to work under pressure
