Not everyone can claim to feed the world, but it is part of our every day.Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen.We are proud to put our curiosity to work, building a better and more sustainable world.Join our extraordinary team todayAs a member of the Combine Field Tests Team, you will focus on planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting activities.This involves operating the machines, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring that test units and equipment are updated to meet requirements and fulfil test requests.Your ImpactConduct field tests on combines and headers, ensuring high-quality incident reporting using AGCO tools.Plan, monitor, and report field test activities in coordination with the engineering team.Optimize field test equipment and procedures; analyze and document test results.Collaborate with team members to plan and control activities effectively.Contribute to root cause analysis for reported issues and ensure adherence to standards.Your Experience And QualificationsBachelor's / master's in engineering (Agricultural, Mechanical, or Mechatronics)Extensive experience (2-3 years or more) with combine harvesters and other agricultural machinery, either as an operator, repairman, or both.General understanding of farming practices and agricultural processesExperience with hydraulic systems, mechanical drives, electrical systems, and other machine components.Proficient in MS Office and basic CAD.Availability to travel (50% or plus of working time), Europe and partially worldwide.Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus schemeBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote workPrivate health insurance with partial coverage of some medical expensesCanteen with meal allowanceYour WorkplaceYou will work in hybrid mode from our Breganze siteWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.Through our recruitment efforts, we are committed to building a team that includes a variety of experiences, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.Join our extraordinary team today and apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
