Head of Sales & Booking(Vacation Rental Rockstar)Location:Remote / Hybrid (Lucca, Tuscany -Italy/ Monthly on-site presence required)Language:Italian + EnglishContract:Full TimeARE YOU THE ONE?We aren't looking for a simple Reservation Agent.We are looking for a Head of Sales & Booking.A strategist.A tech-savvy leader.A "Rockstar" who knows that a booking isn't just a calendar entry—it's the result of perfect revenue strategy, seamless automation, and impeccable operations.We areLucca Apartments and Villas (LAAV).For 20 years, we haven't just been renting houses; we've been crafting the "Live Like a Local" experience in one of Forbes' "Idyllic Places to Live."We manage a portfolio of300+ unique properties(and growing), a team of 34 passionate locals, and a reputation built on excellence.But we are done with "standard."We are looking for the missing piece to take our Sales & Booking department to the next level.THE MISSION:You will take full ownership of the Booking Department (5,000+ bookings/year), leading a team of 4.You will bridge the gap between hospitality and technology.Lead & Inspire:Manage and mentor the booking team, ensuring high conversion rates and guest satisfaction.Tech & Automation:You hate repetitive tasks.You will leverage APIs, PMS features, and scripts to automate pre/during/post-booking processes.If it can be automated, you will build the workflow.Revenue Strategy:You don't just accept prices; you drive them.You will manage revenue strategy, analyze booking pace, and report directly to the board with data-driven insights.Growth & Innovation:You will manage the onboarding of 50+ new listings per year and open new sales channels (B2B agencies, Tour Operators, and the Wedding sector).Operations Master:You know the OTAs (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO) inside out, not just how to use them, but how to hack their algorithms for visibility.THE PROFILE (Requirements)Experience:5+ yearsmandatoryexperience in the Non-Hotel/Vacation Rental sector.You understand the difference between a hotel room and a scattered villa portfolio.Tech Stack:You speak "PMS," "Channel Manager," "API," and "OTA" fluently.Proficiency in tools like Avantio (or similar) is key.Ability to script or build automations (Zapier, etc.) is a huge plus.Data-Driven:You are comfortable with Excel/CSV, KPIs, and reporting.You know how to read the numbers to predict the season.Remote-Ready:You have a proven ability to work autonomously and productively from home, but you are available to travel to our Lucca HQ for a few days each month for strategy alignment (accomodation provided)Language:You are aItalian speakerwithFlawless English.WHAT WE OFFERA key leadership role in a solid, family-rooted but forward-thinking company.The freedom to implement your ideas and innovations.Work-life balance with a remote-first approach (with necessary on-site syncs).Competitive salary based on experienceHOW TO APPLY (Read Carefully)We are strict about our selection process.Applications that do not follow these instructions will be immediately discarded.To apply, send an email toSubject Line:Head Of Sales & Bookings_#YourName#The email must contain ONLY:3 lines of presentation(Keep it sharp).Your expected salary range.Attachments:CV (One Page Only):We want synthesis.NO Europass format.The Video:A video (max 1.5 minutes) inEnglish.Introduce yourself, tell us why you are a "Vacation Rental Superstar," and convince us why you are the only choice for this role.This is the only way to apply.No calls, no LinkedIn DMs.
