Commercial Controller – Settore Automotive Sede: Modena Per primario contesto multinazionale, leader nel settore automotive, Manpower è alla ricerca di un/una: Commercial Controller Area Organizzativa: Finance Descrizione della posizione: La risorsa sar inserita all'interno del dipartimento Finance, a diretto riporto del Global Commercial Controller, e avr la responsabilit di fornire supporto strategico e operativo alle decisioni aziendali, garantendo l'integrit dei dati economici e contribuendo allo sviluppo e all'esecuzione delle strategie commerciali, in linea con le policy e le linee guida globali del Gruppo.Responsabilit principali: Partecipazione attiva al processo di Long Range Plan (LRP), con focus su pricing, mix e piani di incentivazione.Implementazione delle direttive, dei processi e delle procedure globali della funzione Finance nella propria area di responsabilit .Monitoraggio dei trend di vendita per mercato, modello, motorizzazione e configurazioni.In coordinamento con il team di Product Planning, analisi dell'evoluzione di prezzi e scontistiche rispetto alla concorrenza.Analisi dell'andamento dei margini di modello per mercato.Partecipazione al processo di approvazione della Politica Commerciale e del pricing per i nuovi modelli.Monitoraggio delle spese di vendita e marketing a livello regionale.Gestione del processo di budget e forecast, con analisi delle principali metriche di business a supporto delle decisioni.Requisiti richiesti: Titolo di studio: Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.Esperienza: ambito controlling, preferibilmente in contesti automotive o industriali complessi.Lingue: ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).Competenze informatiche: padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint, preferenziale la conoscenza di SAP e strumenti di business intelligence (es.
