Before you apply to a job, select your language preference from the options available at the top right of this page.Explore your next opportunity at a Fortune Global 500 organization.Envision innovative possibilities, experience our rewarding culture, and work with talented teams that help you become better every day.We know what it takes to lead UPS into tomorrow—people with a unique combination of skill + passion.If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description:Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare logistics and compliance?As a HC Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and innovation—driving excellence, ensuring compliance, and enabling growth in a dynamic, high-impact environment.Job DescriptionThe Healthcare Quality Assurance Senior Manager communicates and manages quality policy and objectives and reports on the overall effectiveness of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare quality program across Italy.He/She collaborates with Operations to ensure the smooth implementation of new healthcare business and maintains knowledge of quality and regulatory agency rules and regulations to communicate compliance requirements.The Healthcare QA Senior Manager manages the documentation and training of operating procedures and regulatory topics, risk minimization of storing, distributing and transporting healthcare products, and audits and facility or system validations (i.e., reliable proof that systems and equipment perform to defined specifications).He/She may manage the document control process, order-to-cash, QA support, risk assessment and training.This position oversees managers and supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the Healthcare QA function across logistics operations in Italy.Act as the country-level owner of the healthcare quality program, ensuring consistent application of standards and regulatory compliance.Manage internal group consultations, training, investigations, and problem solving related to healthcare quality issues to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.Oversee the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, ensuring agency regulations are incorporated and proper procedures are followed by IT, Operations, and Order-to-Cash personnel across geographic locations.Directly manage and develop the QA team.Ensure that client product types and service requirements are correctly identified to determine applicable regulations.Manage the information gathering, scheduling, preparation, and distribution of reports in support of internal and client audits.Experience & QualificationsMandatory experience in the logistics sectorExtensive background in Quality Assurance within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare logistics organizations.Proven experience managing large teamsStrong knowledge of healthcare quality systems, regulatory inspections, and validation processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken).Location: Milan or RomeUPS is committed to equality, respect, and creating a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.Employee TypePermanent#J-*****-Ljbffr
