Unox HR Training #*****Campodarsego, Padova, ItalyFull-Time – Apply to Human ResourcesUnox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a HR Trainer to join our Human Resources Team.ResponsibilitiesSupport HR digitalization projects, assisting in implementing processes aimed at digitalizing HR functions with particular attention to Training & Development topics.Plan and coordinate the logistics of training courses (classrooms, materials, equipment).Manage registrations and communications with participants.Provide support to trainers in preparing materials and managing sessions.Conduct training sessions in English and Italian, using various methodologies (classroom, online, blended).Adapt content and methodologies to meet the diverse needs of the audience.Monitor training progress and collect feedback.Administer the company's e-learning platform, creating content and monitoring user activity.Maintain up-to-date documentation related to training courses (materials, records, evaluations).Support data entry, update, and maintenance on HRMS platforms and company management systems.Collaborate in the management of organizational development projects.Develop, implement, and update HR procedures and policies.RequirementsExcellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) – our selection process includes an English language phone check (or telephone language assessment).Knowledge of German is considered a plus.At least one year of experience in training activities.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Proactive attitude.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent public speaking skills.Entry-Level (< 2 years).What Unox OffersFlexible working hours.Remote working options.Work-life balance initiatives.Paid time off & overtime.Company canteen.Personal and family welfare.Health insurance & welfare programs.Pension & retirement plans.Mentorship & coaching.Career growth & training programs.Diversity & inclusion policies.Company car & transportation benefits.International mobility & relocation support.Team building activities.The job position is open to candidates of all genders and gender identities, in compliance with current equal opportunity regulations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
