WHO WE AREFounded in **** in Italy, Neulabs is a consumer goods tech company buying and running digital brands.Today, we manage 10 brands, supported by a team of 65+ professionals across Europe, driving over €30M in revenues annually.At Neulabs, we dedicate extensive resources to scaling the brands we acquire, leveraging expertise across multiple domains including brand management, technology, marketing, procurement, and supply chain optimization.Our team includes industry-leading professionals with backgrounds from Bain, BCG, McKinsey, and other top organizations.We invest heavily in technology: our specialists work with large-scale data systems and develop advanced tools that empower growth across all our operations.WHO YOU AREYou have up to 12 months of experience (including internships or entry-level roles) in e-commerce or digital marketing, and you're looking for a company where you can learn fast, grow, and take on new challenges.You have a basic understanding of how e-commerce works — from how online stores are structured, to how traffic is generated, and how digital marketing strategies are planned and executed.You're curious, proactive, and analytical: you like to understand the "why" behind things and are eager to improve through hands-on experience.You are fluent in Italian and have a working knowledge of English, especially in writing.You communicate clearly, take effective notes, and complete tasks with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.You're also comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets: you know how to work with formulas, organize data clearly, and build simple reports or tables to support your analysis.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Junior Ecommerce Specialist, you will support the ecommerce and marketing team in the day-to-day management of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations.This role is designed to give you broad exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing and ecommerce, with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members and contribute to real projects from day one.You will be involved in:Operational Support & Content ManagementHelp update product pages and web content on our Shopify stores (texts, images, tagging, visibility).Support the setup and launch of promotional campaigns (landing pages, discount codes, banners).Monitor post-purchase flows and collaborate with logistics and customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.Digital Marketing InitiativesTake part in the planning and execution of campaigns across multiple channels: email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, SEO and search marketing.Review marketing materials and campaign setups to ensure consistency and quality before launch.Help maintain calendars and schedules for campaign planning.Analysis & Continuous ImprovementCollect and consolidate performance data from platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM, and ad managers.Assist in producing regular reports on sales, campaign performance, and product trends.Share insights and ideas for testing or improving KPIs like conversion rate and engagement.COMPENSATION/BENEFITCorporate fitness platformSuper funny company eventsTicket restaurant
