OPM.What's the opportunity?In this position, you will be involved in the Online Programme Management (OPM) segment of our business.Your primary responsibility will be to create content for an Italian university that is introducing online degrees in partnership with FutureLearn.All project related content must be produced in Italian.This includes material for microsites, landing pages, marketing emails, sales emails, paid social advertisements, video content briefs, newsletters, blogs, brochures, and various other formats.Your writing will play a crucial role in promoting our esteemed Italian university partner's digital programs, generating interest in degree offerings, and guiding prospective students through the enrolment process.Engaging and action-oriented copy will instill confidence in learners regarding their course selections and inspire them to complete their enrolment.You will collaborate with a dynamic Marketing team, communicating with colleagues on a daily basis to ensure successful implementation and adherence to critical deadlines.While in-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry is not essential, a genuine enthusiasm for learning is vital, and familiarity with the Italian education sector will be advantageous in distinguishing your work in this competitive landscape.Fluency in writing Italian is a requirement, along with a strong grasp of tone to align with specific brand guidelines.Additionally, proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary for understanding briefs and collaborating with an English-speaking team.What does success look like:Collaborating with the marketing team to write in Italian to a high standard.Assisting with the launch of a new brand/programmes, rebranding existing content, planning new content.Defining and creating content for new best-in-class OPM journeys.Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice for our Italian university partner.Using your problem-solving skills to work across multiple priorities and meet the required deadlines, thinking about optimising processes to ensure work is delivered on time, to the highest possible standard.Acting as a brand guardian for both FutureLearn and our partner, ensuring all writing has top-notch spelling and grammar, and aligns with tone of voice guidelines.Contributing your ideas and working with the creative team to conceptualise and execute a project.Being responsible for the writing of marketing collateral in Italian: microsites, landing pages, emails, webinars, paid social ads, video content, newsletters, blogs, and more.Leading and collaborating with the partnerships/content team to make sure writing course description pages (CDPs) follow the correct process, and are planned accordingly based on time and resource.Collaborating with our other copywriters to make sure deadlines are met and courses are launched on time.Writing CDPs for relevant degrees and courses for the partner microsite.Working on projects outside of traditional copywriting, such as WordPress content entry, content and campaign planning and more.What you bring to the table:You've got several years of industry experience working as a copywriter in Italian across a variety of projects.You have excellent writing and editing skills in both Italian and English, with an eye for detail.You have previous experience writing for brands with a strong online presence.You can adapt to a variety of messaging styles as you work across different partners with different TOV.You're able to accept constructive feedback and perform re-writes as required.You know how to support online lead generation campaigns, content marketing, lead nurturing, and email communication strategies from a copywriting perspective.You're familiar with writing both long-form and short-form copy.You can write a detailed SEO blog post one day, and come up with a snappy campaign headline the next.You flourish while working remotely and are able to motivate yourself to stay on task.Even though you're great at working independently, you enjoy being part of a small team and bringing positive energy.You've got lots of ideas, and you're excited to
