AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is looking for a professional and experienced VIP Villa Head Waiter to join our dedicated hospitality team.In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our distinguished guests in luxurious villa settings.Your expertise in fine dining service, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will be essential in creating memorable occasions for our clientele.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all dining service activities, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintainedLead the waitstaff team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure seamless operationsCoordinate and execute meal service, including setting and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needsAssist in the planning and execution of special events or private dining experiencesMaintain an organized and clean service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standardsAnticipate and fulfill guest preferences, customizing service to meet individual needsCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and presentation of dishesManage inventory of dining supplies and assist with procurement as neededRequirementsPrevious experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settingsExtensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquetteExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to providing outstanding serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekendsProficiency in wine and beverage pairings is a plusExperience with event planning and execution is highly valuedFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
