Job Description Global Corporate & Commercial Italy is the unit of Generali Italia S.p.A. that develops insurance services for medium and large companies.Based in Milan or Mogliano Veneto (Treviso), within the Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention, department of GC&C Italy - Underwriting.You will perform risk assessments to identify, analyze and evaluate risks, as well as share the best practice for risk improvement, with the goal of enhancing awareness, risk quality and underwriting profitability.You will support the global strategy to ensure the successful achievement of targets.ResponsibilitiesCarry out on-site surveys and desk activitiesIssue and check reports with the results of risk assessments and proposed mitigation measures, to support the risk management journey and help businesses succeedWork proactively and closely with Underwriting, Claims and Client Relationship Management departments, for both local and international businessRequirementsUniversity degree in an engineering science discipline5 years of previous experience as a Risk EngineerKnowledge of the main fire protection NFPA StandardsExperience in project review of fire protection systemsAbility to work in an international context, fluent English and Italian.Attitude to work in a team, skills in communication and planningB driving license and availability to frequent business tripsCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.Our Group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.#J-*****-Ljbffr
