OverviewWho are we?dss + - formerly known as DuPont Sustainable Solutions, is an operations management consulting firm dedicated to saving lives and enhancing operational performance.We collaborate with clients to develop solutions that improve technical, behavioral, and cultural aspects of their operations, establishing frameworks to maximize assets, mitigate risks, and foster continuous innovation.Our solutions leverage data analytics, digital technology, and a focus on innovation.dss + became an independent firm following a management-led spin-off from DuPont in ****.What will we offer?We are a diverse team of experienced consultants, including operations executives, technical and project managers, line managers, coaches, and digital specialists.Our team applies industry best practices, cutting-edge operations management strategies, and proven methodologies to optimize outcomes across industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Food & Beverage, Mining & Metals, and Utilities.What you will doAs an Italian-speaking Operational Risk Specialist with experience in manufacturing or heavy industry operations, you will support our teams in assessing and auditing client sites, as well as delivering coaching and training to promote cultural and behavioral change towards workplace safety.Note:this vacancy is not suitable for candidates with Operational Risk Management experience solely within financial services.We require experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or mining.Who are you?As a freelance subject matter expert, you can quickly engage with complex safety projects and have a proven track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all organizational levels.You should:Hold a Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, or BusinessHave at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace Safety TrainingPossess expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectorsHave experience in change management and embedding a safety cultureBe fluent in ItalianHave excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to develop expertise in safety and operations managementBe interested in working on a freelance basis, capable of engaging in short and long-term projects without guarantees of further work#J-*****-Ljbffr
