Position :Legal & Compliance ManagerLocation :between Lecco and Monza / BrianzaOur client is aleading manufacturing and distribution company in the agrifood sector, committed to delivering high-quality products.Legal & Compliance Manager to lead the functionand ensure that our client operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Role offers 1 day per week of smart working.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to address them.Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure company is in compliance.Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and data protection.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into all business processes.Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Serve as primary point of contact for all legal and compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Oversee management of legal and compliance documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary.Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management.Conduct investigations into any reported compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role in structured companies.Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to contract manufacturing, such as FDA regulations and cGMP guidelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with contract review and negotiation.Knowledge of risk management principles.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.The compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience; the position is offered at managerial level and does not include a company car.If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of legal and compliance matters, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.To apply, please send your CV and indicate your consent to the processing of personal data (EU Regulation ********) and reference to this advertisement.#J-*****-Ljbffr
