The Oberalp Group is a management driven family business - a house of brands that creates high quality technical mountaineering products.We have 6 own brands Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country, Evolv and LaMunt.As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.We are a team of more than **** employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.As part of our global supply chain organization, the Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring an effective, sustainable, and cost-efficient transportation flow.The role includes the execution of daily operational logistics tasks, such as planning and organizing inbound and outbound transport activities.You will work closely with our logistics partners, monitor shipment progress, and ensure accurate handling of all transport-related documentation.Through strong coordination and clear communication, you contribute to a reliable and efficient logistics network that supports our business worldwide.Tasks & responsibilitiesPlan and schedule all inbound and outbound shipmentsManage and collaborate with external logistics service providers and partnersMonitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activitiesSupport communication and alignment between sales, warehouse and transportationPrepare and manage import and export documentationCheck logistics invoices and ensure correct cost allocationCommunicate with all relevant departments and stakeholders, particularly warehouse, purchasing, demand planning, and customer operationsProfileFluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plusFirst experience in the logistics area is an advantagePrecise, reliable and proactive work attitudeAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Knowledge and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems are considered a plusCustomer-oriented, problem solving skills and communication skillsIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
