EOL NVH Specialist – Transmission Systems6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from Daca-i Powertrain Engineering s.r.l.Consultant engineer presso NVH departement in Fiat Group AutomobilesRole OverviewThe EOL NVH Specialist – Transmission Systems is responsible for End-Of-Line NVH testing, validation, and quality control of transmission and driveline systems in automotive and industrial production environments.The role focuses on ensuring acoustic and vibrational compliance of gearboxes and transmission assemblies against defined specifications and quality targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDefinition and execution of EOL NVH test procedures for transmissions and driveline systemsOperation and optimization of EOL NVH test benches dedicated to gearboxes and transmission assembliesAcquisition and analysis of noise and vibration signals (time, frequency, order tracking)Identification and classification of gear-related phenomena (gear whine, rattle, clunk, tonal noise)Definition of pass/fail criteria, thresholds, and KPIs for serial productionRoot cause analysis of NVH non-conformities (gears, bearings, shafts, housing)Support to production, quality, and industrialization teams during ramp-up and serial phasesTechnical interface with customer NVH and quality departmentsPreparation of technical documentation and EOL validation reportsTechnical Skills RequiredStrong background in NVH applied to transmission systemsExperience with EOL testing environments and production constraintsSolid knowledge of:microphones, accelerometers, tachometersFFT, order analysis, spectral mapsgear mesh frequency analysisFamiliarity with NVH software/tools (Siemens LMS, HEAD, Brüel & Kjær, Dewesoft or equivalent)Understanding of manual, automatic, DCT, e-transmission architecturesBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes affecting NVH (gears, bearings, assemblies)Experience & BackgroundDegree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronic EngineeringEOL NVH testing on transmissions or driveline systemsAutomotive production or industrial test environmentsExperience in premium / performance or heavy-duty applications is a plusSoft SkillsAnalytical and methodical mindsetStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work autonomously in production-driven environmentsClear and structured technical communicationWhat DACA-I OffersDirect involvement in advanced transmission and driveline NVH projectsExposure to serial production and industrial NVH quality controlTechnically driven and competence-focused environmentProfessional growth in transmission NVH and EOL validationLocationItaly (on-site / hybrid depending on project needs)Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
