Are you ready to innovate, grow, and collaborate?Welcome to the heart of the Digital Renaissance.We are BTO, part of Relatech Group, an Italian tech company founded in ****, now operating across 14 locations in Italy and abroad.We are the beating heart of an ecosystem that delivers both technological and human value to businesses.With800+ professionalsand advanced expertise inCloud??, Cybersecurity?, AI, AR/VR?, IoT, and Blockchain, we build end-to-end solutions that create real-world impact.At the core of our vision is the individual.We democratize technology to enhance accessibility and build a more inclusive and sustainable future.What You'll DoWe are looking for aCybersecurity & Compliance Consultant(> 3 years of experience) to support our clients in regulatory compliance, ICT governance, and cybersecurity risk management.The role includes workingcross-clienton multiple projects, contributing to compliance assessments, drafting policies and procedures, supporting Data Privacy and Information Security activities, and helping clients align with key regulations such asDORA,NIS2,CRAandGDPR.What You Will DoSupport audit/control activities and risk assessments.Assist in drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.Contribute to GDPR initiatives (including DPIA support) and ISO/IEC ***** activities.Participate in gap analyses and improvement plans.Support third-party risk assessments and vendor security checks.? Technical Skills2–3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, ICT Governance, Compliance, or related fields.Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and ISO/IEC *****.Ability to work on multiple client projects at the same time.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Proficiency with MS Office tools.Nice to HaveCertifications such as Lead Auditor ISO/IEC *****, CISA, CISM or similar.Experience in consulting environmentsWhere: Milan, HybridSoft Skills & AttitudeAnalytical thinker able to translate business needs into technical solutions.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work in regulated, high-security environments.What We Offer?
