You will be responsible for delivering strong commercial results, growing key accounts, and developing a high-performing team – all whilst ensuring that Newell Brands continues to lead with excellence and agility. If you are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for people and performance, we would be delighted to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Strategy: Lead the commercial strategy across assigned categories and channels, with ownership of revenue, margin, and market share targets.P&L Management: Manage the full P&L for your business area, including forecasting, budgeting and sales delivery.Customer Development: Develop and execute customer plans in partnership with Key Account Managers – covering assortment, pricing, promotions and execution.Team Leadership: Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team (KAMs/NAMs, Agents) focused on accountability and growth.Business Partnering: Collaborate with international marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and best practice sharing.Market Engagement: Stay close to the market through regular customer visits and by monitoring trends, insights and opportunities.What You BringEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or similar field).Sales Leadership: Proven experience in senior sales roles within FMCG or a related industry, with a strong track record in team development and leadership.Customer & Channel Expertise: Solid experience managing key accounts and commercial planning (assortment, pricing, promotions, execution).Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, commercial strategy, and decision-making based on data and insight.Communication: Skilled in presenting to senior stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.Languages & Mobility: Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
