OverviewAs Customer Business Development Assistant (CBD Assistant), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office.You will be the trusted right hand—handling communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting high-level decision-making and the point of references for S&M Directors.This is a dynamic position that requires professionalism, agility, a deep understanding of business priorities and a high level of empathy with the people.Main Responsibilities & ScopeGuarantee an effective connection between Sales & Marketing and Chocolate Academy Teams for:1. all the initiatives linked to the customers;2. admin operations;3. Chocolate Academy website updates;4. payments management;5. samples management;6.
