Who we are looking for Purpose Il/La Local Master Data Specialist è responsabile della gestione e manutenzione dei dati master a livello di Plant produttivo di San Leonardo, assicurando la qualità, coerenza e tempestività delle informazioni necessarie al corretto funzionamento dei processi produttivi, logistici e di pianificazione.La figura opera in stretta collaborazione con i team interfunzionali (Planning, CQ, QA, Cost Controlling, Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Regulatory) e partecipa attivamente a progetti di lancio nuovi prodotti e manutenzione/miglioramento dei sistemi di governance dei dati.Main Responsibilities Creazione e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche materiali (materie prime, semilavorati, prodotti finiti) , anche in ottica di budgeting.Gestione delle Distinte Base (DiBa): Creazione, Lancio, modifiche (ECR) di sostituzioni componenti, dismissioni per obsolescenza.Creazione e manutenzione dei cicli delle versioni di produzione.Partecipazione a progetti di introduzione nuovi prodotti o estensione in nuovi mercati con supporto al rilascio di nuovi prodotti e presentazioni, garantendo la disponibilità dei dati nei tempi previsti dal Planning.Estrazione e analisi dati a supporto di progetti, audit e richieste di business.Monitoraggio attivo dei workflow di creazione/modifica delle entità di master data.Coordinamento attivo con i reparti coinvolti (Produzione, QA, CQ, Magazzino, Planning).Supporto all'implementazione ed ottimizzazione di sistemi di Master Data Governance (ERP, MDM, PLM).Experience Required +3 anni nel ruolo o in ruoli simili Education Ingegneria gestionale o equipollente Languages Inglese fluente Technical Skills Conoscenza di sistemi ERP (preferibilmente SAP).Familiarità con strumenti di gestione dati (MDM, PLM).Ottima padronanza di Excel; conoscenza di Power BI e SQL è un plus.Soft Skills Proattività e orientamento al risultato.Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e gestire le priorità.Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e problem solving.Resilienza e gestione dello stress in ambienti dinamici.What we offer You would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.In Chiesi we firmly believe that our people are our most valuable asset , that is why we invest in continuous training, learning and development.Therefore, we strive to continuously promote and satisfy development needs, paying particular attention to the quality of our working environment and to collective well-being.We want our people to come to work happy every day , and we know how important it is to find the right work-life balance in order to be able to give our best.That is why we offer flexible working approach, remote working, support in the relocation process, tax assistance service for foreign colleagues and many other people-care services.
