Home - Furness Underwriting (FUw) - MGA Lloyd's Coverholder – is a leading provider of insurance solutions for professional, financial, medical and corporate risks across Europe.FUw is looking for dynamic and career-oriented professionals to strengthen its Milan-based team :1x Senior Underwriting Executive with 5+ years experience2x Underwriting Executives with 2+ years experienceUnderwriting Executive – Job descriptionOverviewThe Underwriting Executive is a pivotal role acting as the main point of reference for selected intermediaries, providing quotations, commercial support and technical training.Responsibilities and DutiesProvide quotations and commercial support to selected insurance intermediariesGather information and devise strategic plans for each accountParticipate in client visits and insurance events on a regular basisProvide technical and operational training to assigned producersReview documentation (CAA, Wordings, IPIDs, Proposal forms, etc.) and carry out one-off projectsKnowledge and ExperienceExperience and understanding of liability insurance / products / markets (Professional Indemnity, Healthcare Insurance, D&O etc.)Knowledge of the legal principles governing insurances, practices and processes of the Lloyd's and Company market, IVASS' regulatory framework governing insurance intermediariesProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)Desirable skillsAmbition, initiative, high level of energy, analytical skills, resilienceCommitment to ensuring high level of service#J-*****-Ljbffr
