Rome, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, ItalyTrivium Group is built on experts that genuinely care about helping people scale and grow their businesses.Our goal is to drive highly profitable business outcomes for Amazon brands with a proven approach to digital marketing, PPC management, creative services, and customer experience powered by technology and the sharpest marketing minds around the globe.We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedPPCPod Leaderto join our team.In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of strategists, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, managing client advertising budgets, and ensuring that team members are delivering high-quality work.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team performance and delivering exceptional results for clients.RESPONSIBILITIESLeading the team of strategists and ensuring they are delivering high-quality resultsAnalyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimizationCommunicating with clients to discuss performance and recommend strategies for improvementManaging client advertising budgets and ensuring they are being utilized effectivelyDeveloping and maintaining reporting dashboards for clients and internal stakeholdersDeveloping and implementing a training program for new strategistsProviding ongoing training and support for existing strategists to improve their skills and knowledgeWorking with strategists to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coachingWorking with the strategist to identify and resolve client issuesImplementing programs to improve employee engagement and satisfactionFostering a positive and inclusive team culture and promote work-life balanceCoordinating team capacity in order to provide strategists with attainable goals and workloads and to increase team\'s productivityEstablishing a hierarchy between action items that will enable each strategist to reach set results and objectivesREQUIREMENTSBachelors in Marketing/ Engineering/ Audit/ ManagementProven experience in PPC and leadershipStrong knowledge of PPCHighly skilled in MS Excel and Google SheetsAbility to develop strategies based on industry trends and developmentsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teamsProven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to details and documentationKnowledge of English: C1COMPENSATION & BENEFITSSemi flexible working hoursRemote work year-round4 weeks paid vacation + sick timeProfessional trainingThis will be a remotely administered FULL TIME (40 hr/week) position with an immediate starting date upon hire.Working hours: 6am-11am PST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible.You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones.You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls.This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.#J-*****-Ljbffr
