filiale di Vasto, tra le principali Agenzie italiane specializzate nella ricerca, selezione, formazione e gestione delle risorse umane , ricerca per azienda cliente in forte crescita , inserita in un contesto strutturato e dinamico , una figura di: Process Engineer .La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Production Manager , rappresenterà il principale riferimento dei Reparti Produttivi per le attività di miglioramento continuo dei processi e per l' introduzione di nuovi prodotti e processi produttivi .La posizione è ideale per profili con una minima esperienza , motivati a inserirsi in una realtà produttiva strutturata , desiderosi di crescere professionalmente e di sviluppare competenze in un ambiente dinamico e sfidante , con il supporto costante del Production Manager .Opererà in stretta collaborazione con Produzione, R&D, Qualità e Manutenzione , contribuendo al miglioramento delle performance industriali.Recupero, analisi e sintesi dei KPI giornalieri (OEE, Service Level, Scraps, Near Miss)Monitoraggio delle deviazioni rispetto agli obiettivi e proposta di azioni correttive per garantire la stabilità dei processi produttiviCoordinamento dei briefing giornalieri di produzione secondo metodologia PDCACollaborazione con Operatori e Team Leader di Reparto per l'implementazione di interventi di miglioramentoPartecipazione alla formazione degli operatoriPartecipazione a workshop di reparto e attività di revisione dei processi, inclusi interventi sui micro-layout di bordo macchinaLaurea in Ingegneria o formazione equivalenteConoscenza della lingua inglese (livello tecnico)Conoscenza delle metodologie di Lean Production , SMED , TPM e tempi standardInserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato in un'azienda solida e in forte crescitaPercorso di crescita professionale strutturato , con affiancamento costante al Production Manager e possibilità di sviluppo delle competenze tecniche e gestionaliFormazione continua on the job , supportata da momenti di training dedicati su processi, metodologie Lean e strumenti di miglioramento continuoAmbiente di lavoro collaborativo e strutturato , che valorizza il contributo individuale e favorisce la crescita nel medio-lungo periodo
