Overview REPA is Europe\'s leading distributor of spare parts for foodservice and refrigeration equipment, coffee and vending machines, and a trusted partner to OEMs, delivering the right part at the right time.With the world\'s largest inventory of in-stock original and universal spare parts, consumables and accessories, and a state-of-the-art network of automated fulfillment centers across Europe and beyond, REPA ensures the fastest delivery times in the industry.AI-powered tools, 360° images, detailed exploded views, technical manuals and other search features on its eCommerce platform and mobile app make part identification and ordering seamless.A team of industry experts speaking more than 20 languages helps customers find the perfect solution for every repair.With REPA, keeping foodservice equipment running at its best every day has never been easier.REPA is the European division of Parts Town Unlimited.Job Description Junior Product Specialist with a focus on the Vending and Coffee sector to support our team in managing and optimizing our solutions.Reporting to the Group Director Professional Coffee and the Group Director Vending, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs, contributing to the company's ongoing success, and achieving growth objectives.Key Responsibilities Manage and update the product portfolio and sales catalogues (code creation, technical data entry, item coding).Maintain and update the product database.Conduct market and competitor research in the vending and coffee sector to identify new opportunities.Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team, including training and product consultancy.Prepare product sheets, presentations, and other sales materials.Track product performance and generate regular reports.Review and evaluate samples of new products before launch.Qualifications Degree in Engineering, or related fields.Previous experience in product management, technical sales, or similar roles (experience in vending/coffee or related industries is a plus).Knowledge of spare parts, maintenance, fault diagnosis, exploded drawings, and product calculations (margin and pricing).Experience with ERP/PIM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), BI tools, and Microsoft Dynamics.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with technicians, sales, and manufacturers.Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and availability for short international travel.Passion for the industry and a strong desire to contribute to the company's success and growth.Additional Information If you decide to join us, you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic, international environment.You will benefit from flexible working hours, the possibility to work remotely, and access to our on-site canteen, helping you balance your career and personal life.Every day, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different nationalities, enriching your professional journey.#J-*****-Ljbffr
