Our client is a fully integrated renewable energy platform founded in ****, now with 25 staff across 3 European offices and a portfolio spanning Italy, Spain, and the U.K. They're investing in developing over 4.5GWp of renewable energy projects across Europe to create a valuable portfolio of projects for investors and utilities.They have an exciting, newly created role for an Origination Manager to be based in Milan, reporting into Director level.Key responsibilities include:Manage multiple PV projects in their early stages of development, starting from identifying suitable land to securing grid connection acceptanceEngage with landowners, local government officials, neighboring stakeholders, investor representatives, and utility contacts in various locations to progress utility-scale solar projectsNegotiate land agreements by conducting financial modeling and analyzing site constraintsOversee consultants and stakeholders accountable for critical development tasks to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of the required project workQualifications and Skills:3+ years in Origination, Business and Project Development of PV ProjectsSolid understanding of the greenfield solar development process, encompassing site control, securing interconnection, permitting process, and related aspectsStrong Energy market knowledge in ItalySalary: 50,********,000/annum (depending on experience) + Performance bonus + Welfare plan + Stock options#J-*****-Ljbffr
