FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Specialty Pharma is hiring a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a multinational leader in the electromedical sector.Work area: full remoteContract: 6 month fixed term contractResponsabilitàEssential Job Functions:Interacts with service providers (e.g., congress organizers) to settle logistical points, stand location, display, communication and symposium details, according to managerial and marketing decisionsEnsures the follow-up of HCP's contracts, fees and CNOM declarationCollaborates on the development and distribution of marketing collateral to the sales teamManages marketing finances, tracking program budgets and measuring success of key initiativesProduces documents, letters, reports and presentations as and when requestedMonitors department budget with the Manager and checks that invoices and POs match; obtains approvals and then to sends to accounting departmentFunctie-eisenRequirements:Bachelor s degree, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.1 years of experience in a similar role, a plus.Fluent English requiredKnowledge of IT applications, including MS Office (required).Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, operating as a team and independently, adapting to changing requirementsLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad ( ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).by helplavoro.it
