Who We're Looking ForFor ourK-Way storeinGenova, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through the maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the customer in the saleMaintaining, managing and handling merchandise on displayReplenishing stock to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the departmentMaintaining order and cleanliness in the storeManaging fitting rooms following company guidelinesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredMinimum2 years of previous experienceas a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury levelExcellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedulesInitial placement on a fixed-term contract, full time (40 hours per week).K-Way is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.In addition, K-Way offers opportunities for professional and personal development, providing the resources and tools necessary for growth and success.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionRetail Apparel and Fashion#J-*****-Ljbffr
