The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing marketing programs, coordinating with distributors, and ensuring brand alignment across multiple touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute channel marketing plans aligned with overall business goals.Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and channel partners to ensure marketing effectiveness.Organizeseminars, events, and partner training programsto strengthen engagement and sales enablement.Coordinatemulti-channel marketing campaigns , ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to support lead generation and revenue growth.Conductmarket analysisand performance tracking to optimize marketing ROI.Maintain alignment with the company'sstrategic growth objectivesand reporting requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree inMarketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experiencein channel or B2B marketing, ideally in the manufacturing or supply chain industry.Willing to relocate to the UAE and base in DubaiStrong understanding ofchannel marketing principles , campaign execution, and partner engagement.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency inEnglishProficiency inCRM and marketing automation tools .Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
