S.p.A.) is a preferred partner and leading innovator in the development of alternative fuel technologies towards decarbonization.Responsibilities & Duties:Develop an understanding of the cost structures and establish cost modelsPerform month, quarter, and year-end closure activities, including analysis of actual results against budget, forecast, and previous year (PY), as well as P&L analysisPrepare budgets and rolling forecasts according to local and central requirementsCreate and maintain reporting packagesConduct detailed cost analysis, including volumes, variable and fixed costs, yields, variances, OWC, and capexPerform product calculations and tariff calculations based on cost drivers and key allocationsDevelop and ensure standard costs are accurate and meet the cost improvement objectives set by OperationsAssess OVH spending suitabilityConduct margin analysis by productDevelop KPIs according to required financial metrics to meet organizational goalsCollaborate closely with manufacturing and warehousing leadership to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial transactions and reportingPerform walk-throughs of local manufacturing sites with Plant Managers to address production and costing issuesAct as a business partner for Operations, Engineering, and other functional leaders, providing critical information and analysis for decision-makingEnsure inventory management accuracy and analyze inventory levels and days inventory on-hand (DIO) to meet ISC/Operations targetsMonitor overall financial performance and ensure it aligns with expectationsMaintain proper transactions and controls to enable accurate costing and profit analysisCollect and analyze data to support financial insightsPrepare, administer, and monitor plant proceduresQualifications:EducationBachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, Business, Education, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, or related fieldsCandidate must be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and a team player with strong verbal and written communication skillsGood commercial sense, strategic thinking, flexibility, and open-mindednessThorough understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilitiesAbility to work effectively in a complex and dynamic business environmentProblem-solving skills and a 'keep it simple' attitudeDemonstrated leadership within cross-functional teamsAbility to handle large volumes of detail and produce accurate results under tight deadlinesTechnical skillsProficiency in MS OfficeExperience with ERP and MRP systemsDesired experience: Previous experience as a plant controller in a manufacturing environmentIf you are interested in applying, please submit your documents in English.To learn more about OMT, visit our website omt-torino.com.#J-*****-Ljbffr
