JUNIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - CAT.PROTETTA L./ CRIF is a global company specializing in credit bureau and business information, outsourcing and processing services, and credit solutions, and all digital solutions for business development and open banking.Over 0 people in the world have chosen to work with us to create value and grow together.Be one of our sensational talentWe are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our local recruitment team based in Bologna, Italy.On joining, you will be a part of an expanding team who are assisting CRIF reach their growth in Italy.You will be given the opportunity to build a career within an international, dynamic and award winning organization.Responsibilities You will take responsibility for the recruitment life cycle for different type of positions, from junior to senior roles (starting from analyzing the requirements and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates) Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage, and on boarding Deliver a first class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers Be pro-active in identifying new candidates for new positions across Italy with also proactive search though our channels Use our sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position Satisfy applications on the staff recruiting within the established terms Job briefing and job advertisements posting by using different social media and networks channels Take part together with the team in different events such as jobs fairs; company's open door days, conferences etc.Must have 1/2 years of experience of recruiting in the IT but also Business and Consulting (preferably in digital, banking and consultancy firms).Rich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources like database, networks, job boards, social media.strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other commonly used software together with LinkedIn.Full cycle recruiting experience supporting hiring managers by delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic and client-oriented business model Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills, especially articulation of strategy, priorities, and progress/results English is a must, at least a B2 level; other European languages are considered a plus.Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical) Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team How we can empower your career together: A young and dynamic work environment where you learn from the best CRIF professionals Possibility of an exchange to any of the countries in the CRIF world We will continuously improve your skills with tailored classroom training and learning on the job Structured professional growth path WELFARE Cultural, sporting and value initiatives, and events dedicated to you A package of goods and services to support you at work and at home, but also your family MBO programs and incentives All the technical support for remote working WORK LOCATION: Bologna #LI-RB
