We do this for clients in all major areas where scientific assessment is used:• clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.);• human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);• school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the management and development of websites dedicated to Latin American markets.The resource will work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and IT teams, handling e-commerce operations and executing digital marketing activities, with a particular focus on coordination, campaigns, and online performance optimization.Main Responsibilities:E-commerce Site Operations (Magento)Management of the e-commerce siteCreation and updating of product sheets (content, images, prices, attributes)Publication of commercial content and site updatesVerification of correct display and user experience(no technical development responsibilities)Internal CoordinationAct as interface between Marketing, R&D, and IT teamsSupport product launches and digital updatesGathering of requirements and follow-up on operational activitiesDigital Promotions and CampaignsSupport in planning and executing site promotionsCollaboration in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads, etc.)Basic monitoring of KPIs and resultsSocial Media & Digital PresenceSupport in managing social channels for LATAM marketsCoordination of content with the marketing planInitial analysis of engagement and traffic metricsEmail Marketing and AutomationsSupport in creating, sending, and monitoring email marketing campaignsOperational management of automation flows (welcome, abandoned carts, post-purchase, etc.)Basic segmentation of contact databasesAnalysis of key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Advertising, or related fieldsInterest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and automationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAptitude for working with international and multidisciplinary teamsGood proficiency with digital tools and online platformsLanguages:Spanish: fluent (essential requirement)English: fluentItalian: preferablePreferred Qualifications:Basic knowledge of Magento or other e-commerce platformsExperience (academic or internship) in paid media, social media, or email marketingKnowledge of emailing and marketing automation tools like Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platformsKnowledge of Latin American marketsFamiliarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)What we offer:· International and stimulating work environment· Exposure and hands-on experience· The opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a growing global companyGiunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
