Join to apply for theGrid Connection Manager (f/m/d)role atAxpo GroupJoin Axpo Solar/Urbasolar in Italy to accelerate the energy transition.You'll shape grid connections for utility-scale PV plants, work across Europe, and collaborate with diverse experts who value innovation, teamwork, and impact.What you will do:Manage MV/HV electrical studies, ensure Grid Code and technical standards complianceDefine metering solutions aligned with DSO/TSO regulationsBuild relationships with DSO/TSO, negotiate interconnection conditions, secure permits and final grid connectionSupport construction and commissioning for PV plants and interconnection facilities on all MV/HV issuesLead MV/HV grid connection engineering; review protection selectivity and MV cable sizingProvide procurement support: specs and designs for transformers and delivery stations, align integrator offers, participate in FAT and commissioningWhat you bring & who you are:Must-have: Engineering degree (electrical, civil or similar); 8+ years in RE grid connection or with a grid operatorMust-have: Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electricity, and MV/HV grid connection standardsMust-have: English fluency; valid driving licence; willingness for frequent travelNice-to-have: Experience with German DSO/TSO processes and Grid CodesNice-to-have: Familiarity with multi-party grid cost agreements and technical due diligence (M&A)We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every criterion—your potential mattersBecause diversity is a strength, Axpo Solar/Urbasolar is committed to inclusion and non-discrimination to guarantee equal opportunities.All our positions are open to people with disabilities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
