Visure Requirements Management and ALM Consultant EMEAVisure Requirements Management and ALM ConsultantLocation: Remote within EMEAType: Full-TimeDepartment: Professional Services / Customer SuccessCompensation: OTE (Base Salary based on experience, location)Modality: 100% RemoteAbout VisureVisure Solutions is a global leader in Requirements Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), empowering companies across safety-critical and business-critical industries.Our award-winning ALM platform supports the entire requirements lifecycle—from traceability and test management to risk and compliance.We proudly serve clients in Aerospace, Automotive, Medtech, Industrial Manufacturing, and other regulated sectors.About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Requirements Management and ALM Consultant to join our North American team.In this role, you will work directly with enterprise clients to implement and optimize Visure's ALM platform, ensuring alignment with their engineering and regulatory processes.You will act as a strategic advisor, trainer, and hands-on configuration expert.This is a client-facing role requiring a strong blend of systems engineering knowledge, project implementation skills, and customer communication.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & ConsultingServe as the primary consultant for North American customers, guiding them through onboarding, configuration, and deployment of Visure's platform.Lead workshops to capture requirements management and systems engineering workflows.Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions using Visure Requirements.Implementation & IntegrationConfigure and customize the Visure platform, including user workflows, traceability matrices, templates, and dashboards.Integrate Visure Requirements with third-party tools (e.g., Jira, IBM DOORS, Azure DevOps, and others) using standard connectors and custom integrations.Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for improvements.Training & EnablementConduct training sessions (mostly remote) for client engineering teams on Visure's capabilities and best practices.Create client-specific training materials, user documentation, and solution architecture guidelines.Support & Success ManagementSupport customers during evaluation, pilot, and post-deployment phases.Provide ongoing technical support in collaboration with the support team.Promote customer adoption and expansion through proactive communication and expertise.Skills and Experience RequirementsRequiredBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in requirements engineering or ALM tool consulting (e.g., Visure, DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Helix RM).Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO *****, DO-178C, ARP****A, IEC *****).Experience in configuring and deploying enterprise software solutions.Proficiency with requirements modeling, traceability, and version control concepts.Fluency in English (Spanish or French is a plus).PreferredHands-on experience with Visure Requirements ALM platform.Familiarity with systems engineering standards (e.g., INCOSE guidelines).Experience working with clients in regulated industries.Scripting experience with Python for tool customization.Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.Key CompetenciesClient-focused, solution-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and ability to work independentlyCollaborative team player across international teamsWhy Join Visure?Work with industry leaders and cutting-edge tech in a booming niche.Join a mission-driven team building solutions for real-world safety and compliance.Enjoy flexibility, a remote-first culture, and opportunities to grow into leadership or strategic sales roles.Global, innovative, and collaborative work environment.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Information Technology, and SalesIndustriesSoftware Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
